This gentle yet powerful therapy works with your body’s reservoir of electromagnetic and other subtle energies to increase your vitality and to enhance your health and state of mind. The practitioner works with major energy systems including the Aura, Chakras, Meridians, Strange flows, and the Five Rhythms. The flow of these energies of yours is influenced by tapping or connecting specific energy points on the skin; by tracing or swirling the hand over the skin along specific energy pathways; and through exercises or postures designed for specific energetic effects.
During the Initial Energy Assessment, as in Follow-up assessments and balancing, you and your Donna Eden- trained practitioner will discover those energy systems which may be weak, disturbed, or out of balance. During the very first session, your therapist will work to make corrections to the flow and harmony as well as teach you self-help methods to maintain this balance at home.
